Macie Reports

As you know, Macie Video Service has grown from a handful of clients in 1994, to nearly 1300 as of the beginning of 2003. Not a day goes by that I don't thank my Maker for each and every one of you. It truly has been a tremendous blessing to get to know you, and to know that I have been able to help you in your pursuit to "squeak" out a descent living.

Although I greatly enjoy talking to you when you call, as you can imagine with nearly 1300 clients, I'm finding less and less time to devote to the bench. Many of you have told me one of the things you love about this company is that I am always here to answer your questions, give advice, and to help you in a "pinch". I don't ever want that to change - I love helping you guys. Please don't hesitate to call if I can help you in any way.

I only say all of this to introduce my "Macie Reports" page. I am realizing more and more that many of the calls I take are questions on the same subjects - certain common problems, "What's the new format gonna be?", "Do you like one certain camera over another?", etc. etc.

As new relevant topics like these arise, I try to gather my thoughts from my own experience, and from what many of you tell me, and get them listed here. Each new topic will go out to all of you on our email list (right into your inbox), and be listed here for future reference. If your questions can be answered here, then that means I'll have more time to devote to your "rig" on my bench.

Just click on any link to the left for that newsletter. Check back often as I hope to add many more in the coming months, including some video clips on camera cleaning, camera operations, and much more.

Take care,
Roger
